LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY

Our community supports every individual to create their home by offering a range of accommodation styles.

HOME LIFE

Our community supports every individual to create their home by offering a range of accommodation styles. These range from independent flats to shared homes.

Every individual helps to reflect their personality where they live, creating a place where they can truly be happy.

Each household has daily rhythms with shared meals and mutual responsibilities. Our person-centred approach empowers individuals to express their preferences whilst being part of the community.

Life Skills at The Hatch Community

A person-centred approach and our daily community rhythms provide an environment for independent living skills to develop. This enables individuals to live healthy and balanced lives.

We support each individual with a range of practical everyday tasks, these include budgeting weekly and monthly spending, cleaning and tidying around the home to ensure a tidy home and room, understanding their tenancy agreement and any other important documents and where required we support individuals taking medications and with personal care.
